Individual labs

Our individual labs offer 50sqm of space for low to medium risk activities. Our basic fitout provides benches and storage, and we are happy to discuss more bespoke requirements based on your needs.

Our pricing is designed to work for research stage or start up businesses - £2000 plus VAT per month - with the intention of helping early stage SciTech businesses reach the point of scaling.

We also have serviced office accommodation, meeting rooms and coworking space within the same building which is available to our lab clients.

Shared labs

Our shared lab offers a flexible alternative to taking on a full lab to yourself. This can be a more economical way of securing your first professional space, particularly for solo-founders and small teams. Priced at £300 per bench, per month the shared lab is ideal for early stage companies, with the option to increase bench space as your grow.

In addition, working in a communal space alongside other scientists encourages connections, collaborations and accelerated innovation - all driving growth and success.

We also have a shared office space designed specifically to support lab users with the additional facilities they need to grow their businesses.
